The Course Announcements add-on provides a streamlined way to share updates and information with students, fostering effective communication in online courses.

Requires

1. Masteriyo Plugins
2. Course Announcement Add-on

Setup and Configuration

Once you have installed and activated the Course Announcements add-on, go to the following location.

Masteriyo > Announcements

Here, you can view the previously made announcements or create a new once. For this tutorial, we will learn how to create a new announcement.

Click on the Add New Announcement button on the top-right.

Provide the announcement title and descriptions. Select the course you want to announce for. Click on Publish.

Now, you can view this announcement from the course's Learn Page. Go to the course archive page and view the respective course. On the top-right, you will see an announcement icon with the above created announcement details.
