Course Announcements
Create and publish course announcements in Masteriyo to share updates with enrolled students directly on the course Learn Page.
The Course Announcements add-on provides a streamlined way to share updates and information with students, fostering effective communication in online courses.

Setup and Configuration
Once you have installed and activated the Course Announcements add-on, go to the following location.
Masteriyo > Announcements
Here, you can view previously made announcements or create a new one. For this tutorial, we will learn how to create a new announcement.
Click on the Add New Announcement button on the top-right.
Provide the announcement title and description. Select the course you want to make the announcement for. Click on Publish.
Now, you can view this announcement from the course's Learn Page. Go to the course archive page and view the respective course. On the top-right, you will see an announcement icon with the above created announcement details.
