How to create Google App ID and secret?

This documentation will help you generate Google App ID and secret required for integrating the Masteriyo Social Login add-on.

• Go to Google Console
• Create a new project by giving the project name

After creating a project you’ll be redirected to Google console dashboard.

• Click on the Credentials option the left side bar.

• Click on the +Create Credentials button on the top bar.
• From the dropdown, click on the OAuth client ID.

• Select the Web application option on the radio button options.
• Enter the redirect URL given in the Masteriyo > Settings > Advanced > Social Login.

• Click on the Create button.

You will then get a pop-up with the App ID and secret. It is termed as Client ID and secret in the pop-up.

You can now use these credentials to integrate Google Login on the Masteriyo. Please note you have activated the Social Login add-on.
